Quick Start in 5 Steps

  • Insert Batteries (included) / Power On
    Turn it on.
  • Place the Pads Correctly
    Apply a lotion/body cream or water (not included) on the pads, Apply pads on clean, dry skin. Place them on the muscle area you want to target (abs, arms, or legs).

  • Start Low, Then Adjust
    Begin at a comfortable intensity and increase gradually.
  • Use for a Short Session
    Start with a short session and build consistency over time.

  • Finish + Store Properly
    Turn off, remove pads gently, and store in a clean, dry place.

How to Use for Abs, Arms, and Legs

You can use the MT-24:

  • While sitting or relaxing
  • During light movement
  • At different times throughout the day

Start with a comfortable intensity and choose one program per session.

Suggested Beginner Use (simple guidance)

Abs

  • Keep intensity comfortable
  • Focus on consistent sessions rather than “max power”

Arms

  • Place pads on the muscle area (not joints)
  • Keep posture relaxed

Legs

  • Use on larger muscle areas (thighs/calves)
  • Avoid bony areas and joints

Note: Everyone’s comfort level is different—start low and progress slowly.
